- Perio Maintenance Cleanings (3-4 per year)
- Doctor Exams (1-2 per year)

- 10% Off ClearCorrect Orthodontic Treatment
For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.
